1. Who we are
W5D Labs Inc. ("W5D", "we", "us") provides an AI workspace at w5d.ai. Our headquarters is in Lisbon, Portugal, with offices in Toronto and Singapore.
2. What we collect
- Account info: name, email, organization.
- Content you create: messages, prompts, workflows, uploaded files.
- Usage data: features used, runs executed, error logs.
- Billing data: handled by Stripe; we never store full card numbers.
3. How we use it
To run the service, support you, prevent abuse, and improve W5D. We never sell your data, and we never train foundation models on it.
4. How we share it
Only with the sub-processors listed on our Security page, and only as needed to operate the service. We require zero-retention contracts with all model providers.
5. Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, portability, and the right to object — at any time, from your account settings or by emailing privacy@w5d.ai.
6. Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active, plus 30 days. After deletion, encrypted backups are purged within 90 days.
7. Cookies
We use a small number of essential and analytics cookies. You can manage them at any time from your account preferences.
