1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using W5D, you agree to these Terms. If you're using W5D on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind it.
2. The service
W5D provides an AI workspace as a hosted service. We may update or change features at any time, with reasonable notice for material breaking changes.
3. Your content
You own everything you create on W5D. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it solely to operate the service for you.
4. Acceptable use
No illegal content, no targeted harassment, no attempts to break the service, no using W5D to build a competing AI workspace. The full list lives in our Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Fees & billing
Fees are set out on our Pricing page. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. On termination we provide a 30-day window to export your data.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you've paid in the prior 12 months.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon.
